Fence installation in Hialeah and nearby cities
Hialeah is home. We also work in the four cities that border it. Not sure if we cover your street? Send the form and ask.
Which parts of Hialeah do you cover?
The whole city. Hialeah is dense and mostly built out, and a lot of our work here follows the same few patterns.
Older blocks east of the Palmetto
Single-family homes on compact lots, many with front-yard picket fences and steel gates that have seen decades of rain. These jobs are often replacing rusted steel with aluminum and adding a rolling gate at the driveway.
Newer areas to the west
Townhomes and newer subdivisions, often with an HOA that sets the fence style and color. Back-yard vinyl privacy fences are the common request.
Industrial and commercial strips
Warehouses, shops and storage yards that need taller security fencing and wide rolling gates.

Do the fence rules change from city to city?
Yes. All five cities are in Miami-Dade County, so they share the Florida Building Code's High-Velocity Hurricane Zone requirements. But each one runs its own building and zoning department, with its own height limits and permit checklist. We look up the rules for your address before the design is final.
Is your street on our list?
