Not every broken fence needs replacing. We fix posts, panels, hinges and rolling gates, and tell you straight when a section is not worth saving.

What do you repair?

  • Steel posts rusted through at the base.
  • Wood posts and boards lost to rot or termites.
  • Vinyl panels cracked by impact or wind.
  • Bent aluminum pickets and loose brackets.
  • Rolling gates with worn wheels, bent tracks or failed openers.
  • Swing gates that sag or will not latch, including pool gates.

Should I repair or replace?

Repair is worth it when the damage is in one area and the rest of the fence is solid. Replacement makes sense when posts are failing all along the line, when the fence keeps coming down in storms, or when the material is so old it cannot be matched.

Do repairs need a permit?

Sometimes. Miami-Dade County's fence permit guidance states that repairs and replacements also need permits where the county is the permitting agency, and Hialeah sets its own rules for work inside the city. We check before we start.

What should I do right after a storm?

  • Keep children and pets clear of leaning sections.
  • If a pool barrier is damaged, keep everyone away from the pool until it is fixed.
  • Photograph the damage before cleanup if you will file an insurance claim.
